SHIPPING POLICY
🗓 When will my box ship?
Boxes are typically shipped around the 10th–15th of each month. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your WiggleMail is on its way! Please allow a few extra days during busy seasons or if your box includes special items.
🌎 Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. We’re exploring options for international shipping in the future — stay tuned for updates via email or Discord.
📬 How are boxes packaged?
Each WiggleMail box is packed with care (and a little sparkle), using eco-conscious materials where possible. Because we ship mystery boxes, all items are carefully wrapped to avoid spoilers and damage during delivery.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
💭 Changed your mind?
Because each box is made to order and filled with surprise items, we do not offer refunds or returns once a box has shipped. However, if you contact us before your box leaves the realm, we’ll do our best to help!
🛠 Damaged or missing items?
If your box arrives damaged or something’s missing, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We'll happily send a replacement or issue a partial refund depending on the situation. Just send us photos and your order details to [insert contact method here].
🎁 Subscription renewals
You’re free to cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing date. Prepaid plans (3-month or 12-month) are non-refundable once the cycle begins but will not renew if canceled ahead of time.
